Take and gain is the principle of nature. if you give respect you will take respect. If you give hate, you take hate. Role models are always respected in society in return; they also respect their fans and followers. To be successful you should always respect your elders we see big cricketers, actors, politicians and our family relatives show respect toward the senior person.
4. Honest
Honesty is the best policy. A youngster will never admire a dishonest person no matter how good he is in his field. Role model sets an example before others they work for fame and name not just for money. They know that money lost can be earned again but trust lost can never be regained.
5. Good orator
Role models are always Good orators. you are known for your speaking skills. Great people always say what they do and always do what they say. They talk very intellectually and wisely. Because an arrow shot from a bow and a word spoken from mouth could not be taken back.
6. Leadership quality
Leadership quality is essential to being a good role model. A leader is not a boss, the difference between a boss and a leader is that boss says to do it. And the leader says let’s do it. The leader leads by his own example. Everybody likes the captain who leads from the front. Hence all role models are good leaders.
7. Confident and Moral.
A Role model is never confused he has a clear view of the things that he has to do. A role model is always confident at the same time he is moral he will not compromise with his principal and moral values at any cost.
