Olympiad Exams in India:

Science Olympiad Exam Conducted by [HBCSE].

In this exam, the candidate competes with all the students in the country. This exam is conducted by the science olympiad foundation and also this is a competitive exam. The main aim of the exam is to spread scientific knowledge among the students and also the candidate will gain progress at the academic level. This exam is primarily for school students and also the exam is conducted on 2 levels: level 1 and level 2.

Level 1:

The exam is conducted during school hours. Students from standard 1 to standard 12 can appear for these exams, but the level of the exam is different for different classes. The exam will be conducted in an objective type.

* The paper will be in three sections :

Physics/chemistry, Achievers section, Mathematics /Biology.

Level2:

(IMO) International Mathematics olympiad.

This International Mathematics Olympiad is conducted by the science olympiad foundation. The main purpose of this exam is to analyze the performance of students on the basis of their mathematical knowledge. Students from std 1 to std 12 can appear for this exam. The exam is conducted on two levels: level 1 and level 2. In level 1 students from std, 1 to std 12 are eligible. The students who have performed best can appear for the 2nd level.

Level1:

Exam pattern for level 1:

The paper consists of 4 sections.

1. Logical reasoning.
2. Mathematical reasoning.
3. Everyday Mathematics.
4. Achievers section.

Level 2:

The students who cleared level 1 with excellent performance will be eligible for level 2. The student from class 1 and class 2 will be judged from level 1 and the students from class 3 to class 12 can appear for level 2. (the students who achieved excellent scores can only appear for level 2).

The candidate who cleared both levels will be honored with medals and certificates.

( IEO ) International English olympiad :

The International English olympiad exam is conducted by the science olympiad foundation. The main aim of conducting the IEO exam is to analyze the student’s communication skills, vocabulary, and English language proficiency. Due to this exam, students will understand the fundamental concepts of English.

*The level of the paper is different for different classes.

The paper will be conducted in 3 sections:

1. Reading.
2. Spoken and written expression.
3. Achievers section.

International social studies olympiad.

The international social studies olympiad is conducted by the silver zone olympiad. The students from std 3 to std 10 are eligible for this exam. This is a single-level exam i.e level 1.
